Consultation description
This consultation seeks views on whether the draft guidance succeeds in providing a balanced and practical explanation of the existing framework and whether any aspect would benefit from clarification, amendment, additional supporting evidence or further examples.
The government and the technical working group consider that the draft guidance has the potential to provide a useful reference point for trustees, advisers and others involved in pension scheme investment decision-making. However, it is important that any final guidance benefits from further evidence, expertise and practical experience from across the pensions sector.
