This document reflects the scope, costs and delivery approach of the Accelerated Houseblocks Delivery Programme at the point the PBC3B addendum was prepared and approved. The programme forms part of the government’s commitment to deliver 20,000 additional prison places and supports the delivery of modern, fit-for-purpose prison accommodation across England and Wales.
The PBC3B addendum updates the previously approved programme business case to reflect changes to programme scope, costs, schedule and delivery assumptions.
