BY CONSENT, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

• The Respondent admits Formal Allegations 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 in full, and Formal Allegation 1 (on the basis of limbs b and c only) and Formal Allegation 3 (on the basis of limbs c and d only), as set out in Schedule A.
• The Respondent shall be Severely Reprimanded.
• The Respondent shall undertake an additional training of 10 hours of verifiable CPD.
• The Respondent shall pay a fine in the sum of £19,750.
• The Respondent shall pay a contribution to costs in the agreed sum of £30,300.
• The total sum of the costs and fine shall be paid in equal instalments over 12 months, the first payment to be made within 14 days of approval of this order and thereafter on a monthly basis. In the event that the Respondent fails to pay an instalment or part of an instalment by the due date, the remaining total outstanding balance shall be immediately due.
• Publication of this matter shall be in accordance with Investigation and Disciplinary Regulation 47.
