Annual Service of Remembrance in Bangkok 2026
The Annual Service of Remembrance, organised by the British Embassy Bangkok, will take place at The British Club Bangkok at 10:50am on Sunday 8 November 2026.
The service will commemorate British, Commonwealth and allied personnel, as well as all those who have been affected by conflict. It is an opportunity to remember those who have served and sacrificed, while reflecting on the importance of nations working together to promote peace and stability.
Wreaths will be laid at the War Memorial by Ambassadors or their representatives, veterans’ organisations, and representatives of associations and societies in Bangkok. Those attending are asked to arrive from 10:20am, ahead of the service commencing at 10:50am.
If you would like to join us for the Service of Remembrance, please register via the link Registration Form by 31 October 2026. Advance registration is required for all attendees, and we cannot guarantee entry to anyone who has not registered beforehand.
Organisations wishing to lay an official wreath during the service can request one from the British Embassy for a donation of THB 1,500. Wreath requests and payment details are included in the registration form. All funds raised from wreath donations will go to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. There will also be an opportunity for individuals to lay personal wreaths following the official service.
There will be no public parking available on site, and attendees are encouraged to travel by public transport.
