This independent report on the work of the Aviation Accessibility Implementation Group (AAIG) presents updates on its progress in moving from recommendations to delivery, detailing outputs in its focus areas:

• training
• information
• tailored passenger experience
• mobility aids
• non-visible impairments

The update report also gives an overview of the group’s next steps and future priorities.

The AAIG champions the Aviation Accessibility Task and Finish Group’s independent report and supports wider industry implementation of those recommendations.

The group is led by industry and guided by accessibility professionals, bringing together representatives from airlines, airports, trade bodies, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and disability experts.
